We would like to welcome you to the most complete Japanese AV Idol oriented websites on the net! We're constantly adding new features, movies, & high-quality pictures our members have come to expect!

In order to enjoy this site to it's fullest, please take a few minutes to read over the following information for new members. Here are few items to remember to utilize the site to the fullest.

  • We have a huge collection of complete sets of idols galleries in our sorted gallery area. Updates are currently focused on special event area, where new features are published every month with new articles, girls, videos, and more!
  • Make sure you understand the requirements of some of our multimedia features & how to get your web browser to work with it. Requirements are normally posted on the feature, and most modern web browsers will prompt you to install the the plugin if one is needed.
  • Read over the rest of the help pages should you have any problems & feel free to contact us should the need arise, our customer support staff will always reply to your question within 24 hours. Be sure to tell us your membership ID.

Why can't I login? How do I login?

When you signup you recieve a username and a password. To login select the members link or button on the first page.

When you login you *must* type your username and password exactly as it was given. Logins are case sensitive and if you your login used a capital "A" for instance and you type a "a" in the login box, the system will not let you in (and visa versa). So please be sure you are typing it in exactly.

If the system will not accept your login,

  • Double check that you are entering it correctly. Logins are case sensitive.
  • It is possible that someone tried to use the same login, in which case, the system will block you out for approxiately 15 minutes. If you know you have entered the login correctly, please wait a few minutes and try again. The system does this for your own protection of your login.
  • If those don't work, use the link here to contact customer support for a quick reply, include your username in your message.

Browsers, Plugins, feed requirements. How do I get movies to work?

In order to enjoy all the great features we have to offer, some web technologies, especially certain videos and movies, require plugins. All videos and movies have been tested to see what browsers & plugins they work with or require. Most modern browsers come with out plugins standard or will prompt you if they are needed with instructions when you try to view the feature. All features on this site use free plugins, there is nothing else you need to puchase.

Java - Java comes installed with all current web browsers. There is no plugins to install or download. However for *best* results you should make sure you have downloaded or installed the latest *production* version of your webbrowser. We do not recommend you use a *beta* browser as these have been untested & often do have problems. Chances are likely your browser has Java enabled by default. If you suspect it doesnt, you should see an option for Java and Javascript in your browsers option menu. Make sure those are enabled.

MPEG Videos - MPEG video files (*.MPG) should play fine using Windows Media Player. If the WMP does not pop up after you have clicked on the link to the file, you can simply download the MPEG file and play it using the WMP included in all versions of MS Windows. Real One Player - Real One Player is a multimedia plugin from RealNetworks, it allows video & sound to be broadcast over the internet to your webbrowser. A plugin is an external program that is installed *in addition to* your webbrowser. It does not come with your webbrowser in most circumstances, however there are some exceptions. Note: Our movies are encoded using the latest technology (Real Media 9 from RealNetworks) to provide VHS quality video, you must use the Real One Player to play our movies. Older Real Players will NOT work.

Does MangoAngel.com offer refunds?

Once you have logged on our member section we cannot offer a refund, which you are help responsible for understanding upon your creation of a membership with us. The reason for this policy is because we offer digital products for our members, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion, if no products have been accessed, we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.
